These Terms and any engagement of Heritage Attorneys shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to our right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any other jurisdiction.
